Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on July 17, 2022July 17, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 4 No. 2 Pad Up Elyse and No. 1 Clowning Fun Giving the 2 one last chance to step after she missed the kick last week. She can drive up here and take over and would be hard to catch. The 1 may be better suited off a middle draw but he accelerates quickly and this company is beatable with his turn of foot. Race 6 No. 7 Wise Dohne She has gone really well her last 2 for a dog who likes to lead. Can do that here is she steps and dart around to the arm. Great price and will look a threat with a quick getaway. Race 7 No. 5 Slick Langer and No. 3 Fundamentalist The 5 has not been here over this track and trip for a while but he has a superb record here and only has to offset the box to go close here. Has class on this field. The 3 is ultra consistent and is the next best. She is running a few 2nds lately but trying hard and is close to a breakthrough. Race 8 No. 1 Rapido Tinto Extremely disappointing mid week but he is much better than that. Didn’t muster up as expected and finished well back. Need to see something from him here as he has a stack of talent. Box rise critical and can get it done if he steps. Race 9 No. 8 Browse Them Mini and No. 7 Macevoy A couple here who can put this away quickly. The 8 is well boxed and she will muster up quickly. If she lands close it’s going to be hard to hold her out. The 7 is a huge hope as well and his acceleration can put him in this. Has a fast win here and a repeat sees him go close. Race 11 No. 8 Dancing Fun and No. 7 Max Flash The 7 will smack these if he hops out and crosses. 18 time winner and regular FFA customer. He’s a huge quote for this company. The 8 is very under rated and constantly turns up in these races. Not really her box but she can win from anywhere when she steps and will give a sight. Race 12 No. 4 Mr Wick Beaten at Mandurah last time but should have won here prior to that. Suited to this shorter trip, he can run time when he gets room and only has to offset the box here to be a major player. Best bet. GAWLER Race 6 No. 4 Stars Aligned and No. 1 Primed The 4 ran a much better race last time and she is starting to get back to her old form. Like a lot of bitches, she has a history of “block” form (in and out of form for weeks at a time) and this could be the start of the in cycle. Suited to the trip and looks a price to play. The 1 will go better off the inside and can punch up here. He goes well when he can see the arm and will get his chance. Race 7 No. 7 Extremely Handy performer who is suited by the small field and can figure here. No luck at Angle Park last start and has gone well here previously with a win and placing his only 2 starts tracks and trip. Race 8 No. 7 Impeached and No. 8 Oscar Rose The 7 just wins if he steps. Gets a cart in off the 6 who usually steps and will put them away if that happens. Better than this field and only a slow start will cost him but trainer expects him to get it done. The 8 is overs and while he needs the arm before the top turn, he can be hard to catch when he gets it. The 7 is the key play with the 8 the saver. Race 9 No. 6 Lady Luck Only and uncharacteristic bad start stops her winning here. Should spear out and put these on ice very quickly. Kennel supremely confident today and it’s hers to lose. Best bet. SALE Race 5 No. 4 Going Alright Her form may look scratchy here but she is good when she hops out and can surprise here. Has city form at her best and if she happened to land close would quickly become the one to beat at a great price especially if this fav gets tangled up early. Race 9 No. 9 Zipping Camilla and No. 6 Piscopo Bale The 9 is a huge show now she gets the start and only has to get around the first turn safely to be the one to stop. No luck last start here and will improve immensely. The 6 will go close if her best turns up and she gets the save. The box is tricky but she can offset that and be strong late. Save there. SANDOWN PARK Race 4 No. 4 Korda Big awkward customer but has talent and gets a vacant outside him now which will make him hard to stop with clear air. Winds up strongly and will be looking a threat late with any luck. Knows the track. Race 7 No. 2 Ambushed Looks ready to win here against this company and only has to slide through the first turn cleanly to unleash up the back. Very strong and runs a big last section. He will take all sorts of stopping today. Race 8 No. 8 King Of Calypso Grand campaigner who runs tremendous races every time. Well drawn and can give this fav what for here. Has raced and beaten the better dogs and can come from anywhere in the run. Super EW play. Won’t miss the podium with a clear run. Market Market
