Chris’ Eagle Farm Best Bets Posted on March 2, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 2 No. 1 Hi I’m Back Fresh off 4 winners at Doomben on Wednesday trainer Tony Gollan will send around this very consistent galloper who looks very nicely placed tomorrow. Cracking run first up behind Quatronic in fast time closing from the back of the field off a wide draw. Second up here a fortnight back settled closer than intended and fought on very well all the way down the straight. Should gain the perfect run tomorrow and prove very hard to beat. SuperPick - Race 2 No. 1 Hi I’m Back - Money Back – Run 2nd RACE 4 No. 12 Vaulting Ambition Lightly raced galloper from the Chris Anderson stable who should be ready to peak at his third run back from a long break. Gave away a mile start first up at the Sunshine Coast closing off nicely late over 1200m, again hit the line well second up over 1400m suggesting the mile tomorrow is a perfect fit. Drawn well he should take up a position closer to the lead and prove very hard to hold out late. RACE 6 No. 9 Beaudacious Resuming filly trained by Kelly Schweida who holds a good first up record recording a win and placing from only the two attempts. Absolutely dominant winning fresh last campaign by almost 4 lengths before again scoring second up leading throughout. Trialled nicely recently behind last week’s winner Courtza King at Deagon and at well over double figure odds tomorrow appears great value.
