RACE 2 No. 4 The Rumour File

As we know these middle distance races in Brisbane can be difficult at the best of times however this Chris Waller trained gelding looks close to a win. His effort to place here last start was terrific when racing wide from near enough to half way, entitled to fold in the straight he gave plenty until feeling the pinch late. Well worth a ‘throw at the stumps’ at value odds.

RACE 4 No. 4 Manias

Punters pin-up horse of late scoring consecutive Doomben wins over tomorrow’s 1350m trip when heavily supported into favouritism on each occasion. He’s been very strong to the line with both races being run in fast time, not surprising the form from each has also been strong. He’s going for the hat trick tomorrow and apart from a weight rise I can’t see anything standing in his way.

RACE 5 No. 2 Snitz

Very impressive winner here last start when he finally drew a decent gate. His previous two starts this campaign had resulted in a couple of close up yet luckless efforts working hard from wide draws on each occasion. He comes up with the inside gate tomorrow and apart from Mishani Bullitt won’t face too much in the way of opposition. Confident he’ll be winning again.
