RACE 7 No.9 Polly Grey

Chris Waller trained mare who was a Group 3 winner at Rosehill two starts back before going around in a slightly stronger version of the same grade when held up in the straight at Randwick latest run. She’s a winner at 1900m and has placed at 2040m at Moonee Valley suggesting tomorrow’s 2100m shouldn’t be an issue. Back to Listed company carrying similar weight she should prove very hard to beat.

RACE 8 No.3 All Saints Eve

Trainer John O’Shea is going great guns at the moment and he looks a big chance to rack up another winner tomorrow with this in-form mare who won in good style last start mowing down the leaders in a race not really run to suit. She clocked slick sectionals to the line being the only runner to break 34 seconds her final 600m, that all suggests she’s ready for the mile now.

RACE 9 No.1 April Rain

Really looking forward to the return of this mare albeit in the final race so one must be patient! A winner at 3 of her 4 starts to date she owns a big strong finish which will no doubt be on display tomorrow. She’s had the benefit of two lead up trials and although out of the placings on each occasion she’s been under a decent hold back in the field. There’s plenty of unspent energy under the bonnet with her, expect to see it tomorrow!
