RACE 2 No. 9 Miss Kindilan

Nice type of filly who broke through for a strong win here in easier grade last start over 1400m. Unable to gain clear running until late she only just got home however the margin could have been greater with a clearer passage earlier in the straight. The step up to 1600m tomorrow looks ideal whilst the wide gate can allow her to get to the outside and run home hard.

RACE 7 No. 1 Sir Moments

Class runner of the field ready to peak at his third run back from a break. Clearly needed the hit out first up before closing nicely second up on Magic Millions day where he didn’t get a lot of daylight down the straight. The long run home will suit his pattern here with Damien Browne likely to ride cold early before making his move early in the straight.

RACE 8 No. 6 Royal Occasion

Terrific effort first up when hitting the line hard at the Gold Coast clocking in 3rd behind the very smart Eckstein in a race not run to suit at all. He draws wide in the big field tomorrow however that may work in his favour as he’ll be able to gain an unimpeded run all the way down the straight giving him his chance to mow the leaders down
