Race 1

TERBIUM (9) continues to improve and will follow through from the back line and run on strongly. GEORGE MYBOY (5) returns and has above average ability, will be driven forward and will be very hard to beat if he works his way to the top. ILIKEITLIKETHAT (6) will likely head forward and do the work in the run, she has been racing well and will be in the money. ASTERI ADELPHOS (2) is getting more tractable with more racing, gate speed is moderate and will be looking to hold up as best as he can. KRESCENDO (1) was a better effort last run and is ideally drawn to be potentially in the placings. SEASPIRIT (4) and FORTITUDE PHIL (8) are novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: TERBIUM (9) each way.

Race 2

HIGH TIMES (5) is knocking on the door since returning, gets a front row draw to be driven forward and looks a strong chance. BROOME BEACH (10) was a solid effort in a quick last half in the heats of the Westbred at this track, expecting him to improve further off that and looks dangerous in this grade. DEFEND THE RIGHT (8) was bolting in his most recent run and won well two starts ago, will get a good run and finish well again. ROMAN GUARD (1) has options from the draw, should be around the mark again. ALVAREZ (4), SHEZABECA (6) and ARMAFLIGHT (9) all novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: BROOME BEACH (10) each way.

Race 3

BELIEVE IN BETTOR (6) will be driven forward and looks a strong chance to work to the front, will be very hard to beat in this. CROWN GENERAL (7) ran on well from the back of the field last start which may look to be needed again in this, ready to win again. RAVENOUS (9) bolted in on Friday and will be running on strongly again. WHERES MY HALO (1) is a novelty chance from the draw with MAKIN DUST (3), HIGHVIEW ROZI (8) and ARMA MUSHU (10) hasn’t been racing well but is capable of better.

Suggested Bet: BELIEVE IN BETTOR (6) to win.

Race 4

Deep race. PATRIARCH (6) was sound last time out and had issues two starts ago and the trial leading into the preparation was first class, a repeat of that will see him being very hard to beat, expecting a notable forward showing. THE FINAL OFFER (11) was thrown in the deep end a lot last time in and developed nicely with a couple of wins at the end of the preparation, respect on return. CRUNCHNSIP (1) drawn to be prominent and can be in the money. IN RARE AIR (7) has ability but returns from a wide draw. WINTER SURGE (8) rises in grade but draws well and Gary Hall Jnr sticks with the lightly raced gelding and that’s a good lead. FEAR THE STORM (2), IN FULL FLIGHT (3), DROP THE ACE (4) and SOME LINE (5) are all novelty chances.

Suggested Bet: PATRIARCH (6) to win.

Race 5

CATCH THE RED EYE (4) returns and is a speedy mare, looks likely to burn across to the top and have them chasing, hard to go against her. IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (9) will run on well, performs well in this grade and is versatile. ALTA KING (2) has a good draw and has come back well, respect in this with the stablemate HARRYS A ROCKSTAR (8) who will run on well from the good draw. MONEY WELL SPENT (1), HOOAH (3), DEE JAYS BIG BOY (7) and REDDY TO FLY (10) all racing well enough to earn with some luck.

Suggested Bet: CATCH THE RED EYE (4) to win.

Race 6

PRINCESS DIAMOND (10) returned with a big win when leading off the back of a solid trial, looks a suitable grade to continue the good form and run a strong race. MARGIMAC (5) has good early speed and is a chance to lead and then has options, has been racing consistently. GRACEFUL SHARK (11) won well last time out, and this grade is no harder, draw is tricky. SHECANPLAY (12) will be running on well, her high speed will be needed. PAPER CRANE (9) is fitter and a novelty chance with DARE TO LIE (8) who trialled soundly. SHESA ENCHANTRESS (7) needs luck from the draw and steps up in distance.

Suggested Bet: PRINCESS DIAMOND (10) to win.

Race 7

Open race. Plenty of speed on and could suit IM DRINKINDOUBLES (10) who has come back well, pace could suit and really bring him into it late. OAKLEY (9) has been consistent without winning, will be around the mark but finding it hard to break through. BETTOR WASH UP (6) didn’t really get a crack at them last time out and has a lot of early speed but there is speed to his inside with THE MERCENARY (1) who may look to try and lead and look for improvement but will have testers with STRAYLYA (3), HEAVENLY BLISS (4) and WICKED WINDERMERE (5) who unlike others, doesn’t need to be involved to go close.

Suggested Bet: IM DRINKINDOUBLES (10) each way

Race 8

SKYLORD (11) drops back to Monday grade and has the depth required to overcome the draw, he was a solid effort in 1.52.9 on Friday night and will be hard to hold out. PAROQUET (10) can be put into the race when needed and is suited in this grade. GIRL OF BRIGHTNESS (1) has the nice draw and fitter for the first up effort. MAJOR FREEWAY (8) has a nice draw and can follow through and be a novelty chance. CONTROL THE ROOM (4) comes in fresh but is a horse that I find hard to catch. DEL BOCAVISTA BAY (5) is racing in top form but faces a tricky draw, might go forward and be in the firing line. PUSHBUTTON ROCK (7) racing well but needs luck from the draw. SUGAR SHAKE (9) is a novelty chance.

Tips: 11 10 5 1

Suggested Bet: SKYLORD (11) to win.

Race 9

RECOVER LOVER (1) has options from the draw, distance suits and she will be close enough, strong chance in this. FLOAT MY BOAT (8) is drawn to get a soft run and his high speed will be needed on the run home. LAZARUS STAR (4) will be driven forward and look for the top, has been consistent and will run well. SALSAWITHSIERRA (5) could launch and hasn’t been at her best recently but distance suits. HEAVY METAL HAMMER (11) and TOMMY PRICE (9) will be running on well; the former was eye catching on return.

Suggested Bet: RECOVER LOVER (1) each way.
