We will kick off in the maiden tonight and West on gnocchi gets the advantage of the red in his first race start, he was defeated by Hampstead in his qually trial last week, but tonight the boxes are reversed, the red made up a lot of ground in the run home last week, so if he can be close enough in the run or possibly even hold up and lead, he will go close in this.

Race 10 No. 1 Smirch Birch

Back to Mandurah where he’s yet to win in 5 starts, but he does have a hot P.B of 17.17, and really does appreciate an inside draw. Winner two back at Northam off the cherry in 17.27, 8 is airborne and looks the hardest to beat so happy to back 1 and save on quinella 1 and 8.

Race 11 No. 8 Respect Advocacy

Going to the well one last time with this bloke, been on him his last two starts, and they were off a let up, he’s starts have been letting him down, they have been poor and has left himself to much ground to make up. Perfectly boxed out in 8, would just like to see him begin cleaner and he will be very hard to beat.
