Shayne Williams’ Thursday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on April 24, 2025April 24, 2025 | Posted by Shayne Williams CANNINGTON Race 7 No. 3 Bezzecchi This is the consolation race to the Sandgroper, and I thought Bezzecchi got his chance in this race, looks a lovely map for him, he’s been drawing horrible his last 5 runs, moves to an inside draw, the dogs in boxes 1 and 2 both like to race off the rail, so if he can posy up close enough he will get the rails run at some stage up the back straight, we know he’s very strong late. It’s not going to be straight forward, we are relying on a lot of luck. But if he gets any he will be hard to hold out. Tips: 3-4-1-7 Race 8 No. 2 Sublime Lightly raced son of Aston Rupee who’s putting together a nice record winning 3 out of 4 career starts to date, the one thing about him is he possesses great early speed, he’s drawn in low so he can just spear straight to the top and be getting the job done. Tips: 2-8-3-4 Race 10 No. 8 Page One News She’s slowly starting to put it all back together. She was in the wilderness there for a little while. But trainer Kody Charles has found the key to her again and that was evident last start when she won a handy race in 29.80 track and trip. The draw doesn’t look to bad for her here, she can rush down the outside and get the job done for the punters. Tips: 8-7-4-1 Market Market
