The Young Star Classic Final and I thought it looked a really good map for Career Highlight, courtesy of the kennel mate next door in box 5 who is just desperate to get to the fence asap, will create a good path for us early doors, we have seen him run as quick as 5.43 early which was only four runs back. Great chance.

He’s been knocking on the door for a win at Cannington, broke the 30 second barrier in defeat last start when runner up, doesn’t mind a wide draw and will get plenty of room with Girls Like You heading sharply to the fence early doors. Great chance.

Race 10 No. 2 Just A Lad

Coming back in trip, back to the 600 from the 652 and 715 metre journeys, draws in low and small field suits, been racing the open class chasers and drops back to a novice grade race. Will be strong late, hard to beat.
