He’s a last start winner over the 400 and steps up to the 488 metre journey for the first time tonight, gets the luxury of box 1 here with a few wide runners drawn to his immediate outside, maps to get a lovely run and should be hard to beat.

Race 6 No. 1 Sassy Snickers

I thought she looked terrific value at around the $5.50 mark, she broke the 17 in defeat last start, the favourite in box 3 has a tricky map with a lot of speed drawn around him and he could be a risk tonight at short odds. Sassy has a lethal box 1 record and looks a great 1 x 3 play in the short course FFA tonight.

Mixing her form but I like her draw here outside the speedy Cake In Tummy, should get a lovely cart over and be to strong late for the checks, was runner up two starts back in 17.38 from the middle pin. Way down in class and looks extremely hard to beat.
