Chris Nelson’s Randwick Rundown Posted on September 2, 2016September 5, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 5 No. 5 Tsaritsa On what should be a big day for the Waller/Bowman combination this very promising filly could well return a winner. Won 3 of her first 4 starts last campaign before going down narrowly in Group 1 grade at Eagle Farm behind Miss Cover Girl in the Tatt’s Tiara late June. Trialled well enough to give this a big shake fresh. RACE 8 No. 2 Happy Clapper Quality galloper resuming from a break. Put together four terrific runs in very strong company last campaign running into the champ Winx twice before winding up 3rd in the rich Queen Elizabeth behind Lucia Valentine prior to being sent for a break. Finished off nicely latest of two trials and should run well tomorrow although looking for market support. RACE 9 No. 10 Hidden Pearl Might be a bit biased here however this Brisbane based mare is absolutely flying in easier races up north and deserves a crack at this Group 3 race tomorrow. Both wins since returning from an injury have been easy and in quick time on the soft Eagle Farm surface. She can do it both end of the race and don’t be surprised if she gives a ton of cheek from the front tomorrow.
