RACE 1 No. 8 Coral Bay

Accepted for both Randwick and the Gold Coast connections have made the decision to run down here and he’s not without a chance. Yes he’s rising plenty in grade off a last start 4th at Ipswich however that race was clearly too short as he was only warming up late. His prior runs were both fast finishing wins and with the step up to 1400m tomorrow he’s far from hopeless and will go around big odds.

RACE 3 No. 3 Interlocuter

Godolphin trained galloper who although first past the post when resuming lost the result on protest which was a very surprising outcome to say the least. After missing the start he improved along the inside, worked his way clear late to finish best however according to stewards caused interference when doing so. He’ll be making amends tomorrow.

RACE 7 No. 4 Sanctioned

Another from the Godolphin yard who looks set to break though this campaign in tomorrow’s Group 1 feature. Good solid effort behind Ace High at Rosehill in the Gloaming and they return for another bout tomorrow with this one every chance to turn the tables. The additional 100m and a likely stronger tempo will certainly assist. Big chance to gain revenge.
