Winless from this alley but has plenty of early toe and will be even fitter this time around. Tough to topple. Race 2 – No. 1 First Rule A winner in this company, leading all the way from this very draw 7 starts ago in a smart 22.71 at juicy odds. Has been placed 3 times since and gets her chance to break the drought once again. Race 8 – No. 8 Cheeky Ricky Won at his first two tries from this draw, leading all the way in each but has finished no closer than midfield in 4 tries since. Has really hit his strap of late though with a hat trick of wins and he can turn his pink fortunes around in this. Each Way: Race 9 – No. 5 Oysters Had excuses over the shorter 405m but fought on well for 3rd after racing prominently throughout. Should appreciate the smaller line up and rise in distance. Well worth a look on the back of his eye-catching 2nd last week at Mandurah. Race 6 – No. 1 Sunset Nuclear Talented up and comer drawn ideally in red. Has the early toe to hold the lead and will be looking to make amends for his recent defeat in the WA Bred Country Cup behind SANTA’S MAGIC (3) Race 8 – No. 3 Hairpin Trigger Get back, run on type who has taking late ground off CHIMERA MONELLI (1) at their most recent outing. Prior to that she was too strong for him and from the improved draw, she gets her change of revenge. Each Way: Race 3 – No. 2 So Tough Will appreciate the rise to the 715m again where he has only missed the place once in 12 tries. Drawn well and another podium finish looks likely. Capable of turning her recent poor form around if she can ping and hold the early lead. Race 12 – No. 3 Bamsy’s Boy Had excuses on debut at Cannington last start so best to forget he went around.
