Race 5 – No. 2  Pixie Monelli

In form chaser who has yet to miss a place over the trip. She will appreciate the improved draw and she looks hard to beat this time.

Race 6 – No. 4  Chevy Gold

Unbeaten in 3 runs over trip, leading all or most of the way in each and in quick times.

Race 8 – No. 1  Curt Lee

Talented chaser who has beaten much tougher line ups than this in the East. Drawn ideally for his WA debut and will only improve on whatever he does here.

Each Way:

Race 10 – No. 7  Spartan Mac

A winner in just 1 of 20 starts but he has found consistent form with podium finishes in all of his last 3. Back up to the 490m and could surprise this line up.

Race 4 – No. 4  Sunset Milo

Returned to headquarters after a string of 490m wins at Mandurah with a real eye-catcher, finishing a game 2^nd in 30.10 from a similar draw. No reason why he can’t go one better in this.

Race 5 – No. 2  Rolo Monelli

Got too far back to make an impact last week but still ran on strongly for 3^rd in the Lew Dorsa Final. Can certainly top the podium with improvement at box rise.

Race 10 – No. 2  West On Violet

Strong effort in much tougher FFA company last start when overcoming early bother to narrowly miss at big odds. Looks the one to beat in this line up.

Race 3 – No. 5  Black Signature

Never too far away from the action since moving to WA and if he can lob close enough to the lead, he is capable of an upset with a bit of luck on his side.
