Race 4 – No. 7  Botanica

Solid beginner who will be relying on luck from the draw and she will be wanting to have a hefty break on her opposition on the turn for home if she does land in front. Worth an Each Way ticket in an inexperienced line up.

Race 5 – No. 2  Malawi Monelli

Comfortable maiden winner last time out, leading most of the way to salute by over 5 lengths. Improving with each run and drawn to figure prominently again.

Race 11 – No. 1  Driftin’ Away

Has bumped into a couple of smart chasers at his recent two outings, both on either sides of the country. Will find this more to his liking and has drawn ideally in red. Go very close second up in WA.
