CANNINGTON

Race 4 No. 3 Anasazi Monelli

Highly talented if not a little enigmatic. Draw is good here and can land close to the lead and hold this fav up to the fence early. Good run home will see her hit the frame with a clear run. Can go sub-30. 

Race 5 No. 5 Travers Mania

Start all important here. Dog in 4 very quick early and moves left and this bloke needs to be on song to track it over. Coming off an indiscretion so trust needed but is a good EW price to play if he’s ready to go. Part of a good litter and done all his racing here. 

Race 7 No. 3 Born A Star

Racing superbly and can win here. Been stepping well and handles all draws and runs good time. If she lands close into the back she becomes a major threat and will go sub-22 even off the arm. Big show. 

Race 8 No. 4 Buddy Monelli

Jury still out in him but he’s got a nice turn of foot this dog even if he’s a little clumsy. Gets the gun run here with the 6 going right at the start and running cover. The outside dogs (7, 8) will put the 6 away quickly and navigate a path around him so the 4 can’t waste any early time to get right there behind the 1 and get his chance. Top two show if he steps better at the good odds. 

GAWLER

Race 5 No. 7 Singin’ Jules and and No. 8 She’s Fired Up

A couple at big odds here who can surprise. The 7 has been dashing to the arm recently and will likely to do so again. 22.9 pulls her up but that will win this with some luck behind her. The 8 has been placed all four goes here track and trip so she’s not hopeless around here. Will get a cart over and stick on at big odds. 

Race 11 No. 2 Slim Sherman

Looks a race in two. He can use his muster up the back to get around the red here and whoever is leading around the top will most likely go all the way from there. Good record here and drawn to give a huge sight. 

WENTWORTH PARK

Race 1 No. 8 Cartel Model

Lacks early dash but has a big middle and last section. Box is ok and will stay out of the early battle and go through the gears to charge home again and hit the frame at the EW quote. Look for her late on a place heavy basis.
