Harry Buchanan’s Thursday Greyhound Tips Posted on March 16, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 5 No. 8 Opal Magic Led last week but Let’s Riot simply got too close too soon and she was unable to hold him off. Gets her chance here and will prove hard to catch with a repeat first section to last time. Well boxed again and can get it done. Race 6 No. 3 Wood Fire and No. 4 Crackerjack Pack The 3 was desperately unlucky not to get through at the big odds last week. They didn’t miss it either as he’s short enough here but is ready to win. The 4 will go well here and he went super last time. Can step and muster up and if he is close he will be in the finish. Race 9 No. 6 Howard Hook Very hard to stop here. Went 22.57 two starts back and a repeat just wins this. Can take a moment to get into gear over this trip but has superior acceleration and will only need to be there by first turn to put these to the sword. Race 10 No. 8 Jumpy Keeping No match for Lite Monelli last week when she beat him out and extended. He will go close to rushing over this time and finding the arm and will prove hard to catch from there. Must lead but has good pace to do so against these. Race 12 No. 1 Tangled Web Really should be beating this field. Boxed to drive up and take over early enough to put these away and has been racing far tougher opposition than this. Looks the one. SANDOWN PARK Race 8 No. 2 Stella Girl and No. 5 Dotty’s Gift The 2 was outstanding last time and is boxed to land much closer this time and will be very hard to hold out. EW price to play here and a great show. The 5 can surprise at the odds and worth a save. Works home well and went good last time after getting a few checks. Watch for her up the back. Race 10 No. 5 Trending Yale Missing the start but that won’t hurt her here. Will go straight over to the fence and look for first turn runs which she will get here. Strong and runs home hard so any luck up the back will see her hit the line and the frame. Race 11 No. 8 Serena Bale Ignore last week. Wasn’t her best start and that made her job difficult. Can come out much better and if she can land a little closer this time will give these a shock. Place heavy go for her at the good price. ANGLE PARK Race 4 No. 3 Zipping Senorita Only 4 runners here but she can figure. Wants to get a little wide but will be ready after a few runs over the long trip. Stays all day and will certainly hit 1, 2 with any luck so exotics for the quinella spot a must as well. Race 5 No. 8 Dashing Jinx Ran out of his skin last time and perfectly drawn here. Can step but hits a flat spot not long after. Gets into his work and will charge home here and be very strong late out wide. Top 2 player in this. Race 6 No. 4 Cawbourne Attack He’s a rough EW hope because this race is far from strong. Will hop over to the fence early and look for runs through the pen and continue a sustained run home. If he’s close enough he can certainly hit the dais. Place heavy. Race 10 No. 6 Jackey Moon Thought he’d be shorter in this and while the fav is hard to beat, it can pull a trick or two out when running up to the leaders. This bloke in 6 will just keep on coming and is known over the longer trips. Small field perfect and can hit one of the quinella spots. Market Market
