Harry Buchanan’s Saturday Greyhound Tips Posted on June 3, 2023 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 7 Hurricane Taylor Loved his run last week and can only improve. Has early speed and while there may be a small dull spot with a lap to go, he quickly gets back into his work. If he isn’t flat from his first up go over the trip, he has more upside than these. Can give a good sight this week again. Race 3 No. 2 No Limit Needed If she can repeat her run from 2 starts back, she will give this a shake. Her early speed can put her there first turn and she is sticking on well. Not a lot of dash in this and a few of these have commitment issues lately. She does need to land right there but gets every chance to. Race 4 No. 5 Hinto Outstanding return to racing last week when coming from a fair way back to charge into 2nd behind Elite Machine. Can only derive benefit from that and will again give another huge sight if he offsets the middle draw. Looks like he’s back. Race 5 No. 8 Poppa Monno Simply should have walked in last week. An absolute certainty beaten. The one dog who will have no interest in the inevitable push and shove that is likely to unfold here to the first turn. The more put out of business and off the arm, the easier his job becomes. Will descend into the frame again here late. EW bird. Race 6 No. 2 Super Charge Back to 520m and that’s a plus. Got too far back over the short trip last time and will drive up the fence earlier here to land in a striking spot. Can run the time when he gets an early look and will be hitting the line hard this time. Race 7 No. 8 Crypto Monelli He’s very very hard to catch this bloke but his talent is undeniable when he turns up. He needs his best step here to get over but with a slow beginner inside, he will get his chance to land where he needs to be. 34.54 was his mark 4 starts back. A repeat wins. Race 8 No. 3 Left Right Now I think there is a chance he can find the arm here. He gets wide and stays wide but he has good sprint through the straights and could hold the margin here if he does get the arm solo. He’s racing ok and this is winnable and his best trip now. One at odds that can run some sort of race here. Race 11 No. 3 Mungo Kurt Gets his chance to find the top here and that would see him very hard to beat. Runs his low 22s and has good box speed when he steps which is most starts. Small field suits and looks the one to beat against these. Race 12 No. 3 Close Contact and No. 7 Armatree Arrow Good race to round out the card. The 3 continues to race well here and will again give a huge sight with early luck. Can step and get up there or come from off them and sustains the run. The 7 simply can’t draw a box but still puts in. Will try and swish over and a big show here if he does cross early which is his best chance. Runs good time on the arm. Start decides his race. THE MEADOWS Race 5 No. 6 Serena Bale and No. 5 Kanji Venice The 6 is always a threat around here over this trip. She runs home hard and gets out to the middle to get into her work. Will be charging into this as usual at a good quote. The 5 is also capable and will look for the fence early here. Does her best work when she finds it and starts a good run home up the back. Chance EW for her too. Race 6 No. 4 Minter Frost and No. 7 Ryebuck Tears The 4 needs to find the arm here but if he does, he can run some good time up front and has a slippery win here not long back. The 7 is under rated and can handle the wide draws too. She will try and get over early and she sticks on strongly over this trip. Don’t ignore her. Race 7 No. 4 Jigglypuff Silly price here for this blog regular. Will miss it and drop to the fence and she’s faced much harder opposition than this recently. Runs through field well and hits the line each time. Just needs a little early luck to land that spot with a lap to go and she is a great EW play here. Race 9 No. 5 Kai Bale He really should be beating these. Coming out of top grade and back into grade 5 heats so surprised he isn’t shorter. Has a ripping turn of foot up the back and sustains it all the way home with clear running. Any space at all and hey won’t stop him. Looks the one here. Race 12 No. 7 Trending Yale Would be shorter off an inside draw but can offset this box too. Has a big run home and with form through Wow She’s Fast, she is well placed here. Look for her to run into this past the 700s and if she’s close, she’s the one they all have to hold out late. WENTWORTH PARK Race 7 No. 6 Battle Born He’s no certainty but he will give a showing here. Has strong formlines through Len Me Dad and contested the Easter Egg semis. Strong type who sticks on well and the box his only issue here but he can get a nice run if he steps. EW player. Race 8 No. 5 Cumbria Days and No. 6 Nando Banner Open race. The 5 knows his way around here and if he gets a gap up the back, he can really put the foot down. Hits the frame on a regular basis and can so again here. As can the 6 who is getting better each time he steps out. Box a bit tricky but comes from off the arm anyway so just needs clear running to figure here. Both solid place heavy hopes. Market Market
