Start critical. The 1 will try and punch up. Can run time on the arm but does get wide first turn. Kennel very confident considering they have half the field. Race 3 No. 1 Crypto Monelli Monster win last start. Drop back in trip ok off this box and only has to stay close up the back to descend on these. Talented and can go close with a big last section. Race 5 No. 8 Sammy Can Browse Huge show here if she steps. Has great track stats and can handle the short trip just as well. Trouble down on the inside here can see her spear around. If she leads it’s over. Even landing close she will be very hard to stop. First 100m decides the race. Great EW price. Race 6 No. 1 Rumblin’ Moment Boxed to lead throughout or at least lob 2nd early to the 2. Perth cup finalist who can spear out and has good early dash. Can lead, if he does he wins. Very hard to stop here. Race 7 No. 1 Howard Hook and No. 2 Mohican Mistress The 1 is highly promising and will enjoy the inside draw. Can run time and will land close this time and has a dazzling back section. Huge show. The 2 will run in well and gets a good map. If she tracks up she is a frame player and gets a save EW. Race 8 No. 4 Sozin’s Azzuri No reason he can’t show his early pace again here and find the top. Won’t be run down if he does get the arm. Beaten by the box last time but can turn that around in one go. Great EW show. Race 9 No. 2 Speedy Valma Boxed to win. Kennel again confident here and she can lead throughout with a clean step early. Only has to find the arm through the first turn and it should be check and mate. THE MEADOWS Race 1 No. 2 Fabs Max Potato Continues to race well and finally gets an inside draw. Has a big middle and bigger last section. Box can give him the run. Hard to hold out late. EW bird here. Race 2 No. 3 Riptide Ruslie and No. 5 My Catalina Final here. The 3 was super in his heat and will go better again here. Class runner and will storm home late to hit the frame at least. As will the 5 at good odds. Superb heat win and just keeps finding the line. If he’s close he can also hit the frame. Don’t dismiss. Race 4 No. 3 Winnington Bale Class drop and better draw here should see his best. Gets on to the fence and works home well and can reel off good splits through the middle. Gets his chance here. Race 5 No. 7 Bruce’s Ruslie Big price here for Brucey. Better known over longer but he races well at the trip and at the odds is worth a place heavy spec. Nothing will charge home harder. Don’t ignore him. Race 6 No. 8 Scofflaw Will need a good step but unbeaten off the draw and can rush down the outside early to cross. Will need the arm to figure but gets a chance to get that here. Big price but worth an EW crack. Race 8 No. 6 Trending Yale Excels around here and while the draw isn’t the best, she can come from back and charge home. Drops back in distance but that won’t worry her either. Look for her to run into this up the back. Place heavy play. Race 9 No. 6 Jigglypuff Drops back in trip from the 600 which means she will give these a start but she is racing well and at the odds, she is a place heavy go here and can surprise. Nothing silly but a small spec is worth it. Race 11 No. 4 My Mate Tip Gets much easier company here than what he’s been facing. Does his best work here and can step up early and put himself in this up the back. Breaks 30 and a huge top 2 show here. Race 12 No. 7 Panda Mick The best roughie of the night. Has been racing over the middle trip but she has pace and goes well here and can push up early to land close. If she is threatening up the back she will just keep coming. Don’t dismiss her here. WENTWORTH PARK Race 4 No. 3 Len Me Dad In rare form and will again look to get the arm and put these to the sword up the back. Regularly breaks 30 and is an Easter Egg finalist. Looks the one. Race 5 No. 4 Tommy Kade Can return to form here. All wins are from this track and he has good early dash and runs time. Vacant outside only helps and will look ominous with a clean step.
