Harry Buchanan’s Monday Greyhound Tips

CANNINGTON

Race 3 No. 2 Barossa Rose and No. 1 Westdale Dave

This fav is good but his last few have been steasy so both get their chance here. The 2 gets a good draw and can show speed. If she leads, she wins. The 1 will also drive up here and if he lands handy, will give a huge sight. They look the ones if this fav misses it.

Race 10 No. 6 Moment To Salsa

Her form is horrid but the rest don’t inspire at the present and we know this girl is capable when she steps. She has also had grade excuse lately so will relish this company and her best box manners will give these a stack to chase. She can bounce back with a clean getaway.

Race 11 No. 7 Express Malt and No. 8 Shoe Shine Jo

The 7 is a sharp box dog and if she can muster up and hold her forward spot, she will be hard to beat. She will give the 8 a cart however so he gets a save. He’s racing well and can hit the podium at least off a good map. Hard race to round out a steady card but we can get a result.

ANGLE PARK

Race 6 No. 6 Bassos Girl and No. 1 Jezali

If ever they get their chance, it’s here. The 1 disappointed last start but is much better than that. Boxed to get another chance. The 6 is strong and this race is void of genuine 530m dogs. She will get her chance if she can obtain clear running up the back. Both will descend here with any luck.

Race 8 No. 4 Spring Phoebe and No. 6 Two Hands George

The 4 just has to miss the wide running 3 at box rise and she can go forward and be hard to stop. Racing well and running time. The 6 will surprise and he will go quick out wide. Sticks on ok and is a smokie’s save here EW.

Race 9 No. 1 Lady Luck

Finally drawn a box. Been plagued with horror draws and wide running dogs with no hope. Gets her chance here. It’s been a while and her confidence needs a boost but this is her opportunity to get just that. She can step and give this a shake.

Race 11 No. 7 Westar Aileen

Gee, she was unlucky last week. This slightly easier again as it’s Masters company and she is still extremely competitive. Will take no end of stopping here and only needs a clear run to win. Huge show.

Race 12 No. 8 Neangar Boy

He is about to be given an early Xmas present off the hardest fence-crasher in the country in box 6. With his early speed and the Sahara desert sized space he will have to work with to the first turn, there will be no excuses to sweep down the outside, cross and win. Every chance here.
