Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on April 6, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 4 No. 8 Ready For Magic We have not seen him for just over 4 months but don’t let that bother you, because he is primed and ready for a first up tilt. Airborne in his trials at the moment for Graham and Enzo and has the lethal record of 3 from 3 over this track and trip. He only has to do one thing and that’s offset this outside box. Should he do that and get the arm quickly, it’s 21.55 and that will ice this field. Race 5 No. 3 Sunset Louie and No. 1 Your Mate The 3 showed what he was capable of last start and while his early section wasn’t brilliant, his muster offset that and put him in control early. A repeat goes close again. The 1 took his time winning last week but if he happened to step a little better tonight, he can get into this much quicker and would be a big threat. Can get his time down with more a bit more early purpose. Both solid here to take the prize. Race 6 No. 3 Watch Me Sizzle and No. 5 Poppa Mono Interesting race. The 3 gets her best draw for some time and with the 4 taking a few to the right at box rise, she will get her chance to be more prominent. Clearly one of the strongest dogs in the race, she can get back into form with early luck. The 5 needs to step up here. His talent is through the roof but his slow beginnings and penchant for wanting to go around the whole field is costly. Huge talent who will look ominous if he gets things sorted quickly after box rise. Race 8 No. 4 Bubbles Away Wide runner outside, slow beginning stayer inside, and that means he gets his chance to bounce right back here with an early section to set up victory. A recent place getter in a heat of the Perth Cup, his talent is there for all to see when he gets clear running room and a solo arm. Look for him to bounce back tonight. Race 11 No. 1 Mongolian Wolf and No. 5 Production They really should be fighting this out. The 1 only has to step here and hold his inside spot to quickly become unbeatable. Reels off good fractions over this trip middle and late. Hard to beat. The 5 has somehow struck and easier race again and this will no doubt be his final chance to salute for us on this page. If he can’t win this or at least place 2nd to the red, then I fear he won’t ever win another race at this late stage of his career. Backing both. WENTWORTH PARK Race 10 No. 7 Tap Out Sniper He wandered around a little last week and lost interest when he copped a bump up the back. This is much easier and there will be no excuses even at his big price against these tonight. Must produce or he’s on the outer. Can do something at the huge quote. GAWLER Race 7 No. 6 Benitoite Back to Gawler, she gets a vacant box inside her and can use her early pace to offset her draw. Versatile and honest, she is capable of dropping an 8.90 early to put her forward and therefore hard to stop. Top 2 hope here. Race 8 No. 3 On the Tequila I have a stack of time for this dog and have no doubts she will make the top grade when she matures. Has all the signs and attributes of a good dog and coming back to Gawler is only a plus. Can step when she’s on and only has to land remotely close at the first turn to win this. GEELONG Race 6 No. 3 Ollie and No. 4 Reiko Oreo The 3 is resuming but is capable of racing well fresh and has performed against better dogs in town. He is up to these. The 4 can also run a big race and has a super record track and trip and chases hard. Coming back from the middle trip at Ballarat won’t bother him and will look threatening late. Both EW players.
