Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on September 26, 2022September 26, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch NORTHAM Race 5 No. 1 Huey Blue Missed the start hopelessly last time which isn’t him at all. The move to box 1 and a better beginning will see him go close to leading throughout. Big chance at his best. Race 6 No. 2 Max Flash Well it’s really quite simple, he is that well graded here that he should be winning on 3 legs. Met similar grade last time and fell at the first turn when about to cross and lead. As long as he took no mental harm he will put these to a very a sharp sword. Always a concern backing a last start faller but he is that much better than this field. Take on trust. Race 7 No. 2 Learavia In superb form for the great May Leach, who has done a tremendous job with this girl. Two of her last 3 have seen victories here and she is boxed to win again against this field. Runs the trip right out and dropping from cup heat company last week. Best bet. Race 8 No. 8 Kiwi Collection and No. 4 Slick Langer The 8 has found her better form again lately and can spear over here and lead. Enjoys this circuit so far and handle outside draws. The 4 is running out of chances but trainer has a good record here and gets the best out of them when bringing his dog to Northam. Box a bit sticky but if he offsets it he can win. Race 9 No. 8 Larkin Monelli and No. 1 Mystify The Northam Cup and the heats threw up some upsets. The 8 is flying and while the box isn’t great, he can duck over behind the pace and probe for a first turn run. Massive quote and while we are playing for some luck, he will capitalise if he gets it and trainer says he is going super. EW go for him. The 1 put in career best effort to run down Hurricane Taylor on the line and if she replicates that effort, she will go close off the gun draw. Show the 6, Hurricane Taylor a lot of respect. If he crosses cleanly and finds the arm early, he wins. Box isn’t great though. 8 and 1 at the odds for us. Race 11 No. 5 Volute With the impending scratching of the fav in box 1, that gives this girl a chance. The new fav has yet to see the track in race conditions and the 5 was better than she looked last week. Her best is right up to these and she has raced some of the better dogs throughout her career. Can hit top two. Race 12 No. 4 Georgia Flash and No. 1 One Chance Another sneaky hope from the James Jeffries kennel in box 4. When she steps and gets up there early, she hits the line with gusto and she is versatile enough to figure here. Don’t ignore. The 1 has a sublime record off the inside and will again look to hold up and lead. Won’t be caught if she does. ANGLE PARK Race 4 No. 2 Springvale Bray and No. 3 Cynogriffon The Classic Prelude final. The 2 was superb in his heat for us at odds and can repeat the dose here. Showed up quickly and settled forward. He is strong and progressive and will give a huge sight here. Can lead or come from back. Watch for the 3 here. He gets a good map and has a big middle section on him. Can run into this without surprise and is a price to do so. Can sting these late. Both good EW hopes Race 7 No. 5 Impress Raja and No. 8 Dakota Hummer Masters grade here and looking for the 5 to show her good box speed and cross this field. She should go all the way if she does and is racing in super form. Big show. The 8 gets one more chance and can muster up here out wide. Disappointed off this box here last time but he’s better than that. Can deliver a knockout blow. Race 10 No. 5 Dash Of Blue Small field suits and only has to stay remotely close to get over this field. Strong customer who can reel of sustained middle and last sections. Has a far superior form line through Rushes Raw, Clear View etc and wins with half a look. Market Market
