Harry Buchanan’s Daily Greyhound Tips Posted on September 3, 2022September 3, 2022 | Posted by TABtouch CANNINGTON Race 2 No. 6 Sunset Blaze He’s fast. He’s really fast!! Resuming from a let up and trialling well according to Eric who knows exactly how to get his dogs ready for a first up win and doesn’t throw statements out lightly. Can be steady out but has a scintillating turn of foot to the first turn. If he finds the top, it’s over. Race 4 No. 3 Westdale Fury Superb performance last week when putting them to the sword after getting clear air. By far the fastest dog in this race and only needs a replica of last start to get it done in similar fashion. Looks the one. Race 5 No. 7 Jimmy’s Decision My penchant for favouring dogs who have had a 600m start then drop back to the 520m is on full show here with Jimmy’s Decision. He got on the arm and that would have done wonders for him last week. He can serve it right up to Vice Grip but that won’t be an easy feat either as he is a weapon and one of WA’s stars. The 7 can and should hit top two if he can’t roll the red. Race 6 No. 4 Yahoo Serious Another top two contender here as he has to overcome Momentum who won’t give this up easily. His run last week was super though and his map here is good. Will keep hitting the line and will give a great sight if he gets up there early. Strong late which will help immensely here. Race 7 No. 6 Sunset Givenchy Has an electric turn of foot to the post the first time and his recent efforts have been first class. The last bit is the only slight concern but he can do the damage up the back here and be very hard to run down. Small field will help him get there earlier. Race 8 No. 2 We Can Too and No. 3 Glorious Gunn The 2 is still putting it all together but he has a stack of talent and can go well here off a good draw. No luck his last few off tough draws. EW player. The 3 will look to go fast and lead. Never got her chance last week and is much better than that. Will be hard to run down on the arm running her sub 30. Race 9 No. 2 His Stop It and No. 8 Barefoot Tycoon The 2 continues to get out of his ground and run on when it’s over. The small field here means he gets one more chance to stay close. Can out stay these and will be storming home. The 8 is fresh and will give a sight if he finds the top early. A very different dog on the arm, he can run time when he gets his own way. Last bit may test here. Race 11 No. 2 Fawn Roller and No. 6 Soul’s Glory The 2 was desperately unlucky last week. Knocked around too much and by the time he found the top he was a sitting duck to strong dog. If he gets a cleaner run, he wins here. The 6 will be last early but he goes fast up the back and can run over this field if he winds up without any hassles. Goes well around here. Both huge shows to take us out. THE MEADOWS Race 1 No. 8 Osprey Athena A final here and the 8 was a great run in her heat and while the 8 box isn’t the best here at The Meadows, it will suit her here. Can wind up very strongly and has some early pace when she steps. Only has to land close and she will take a mountain of stopping here. Race 3 No. 4 Indy Fido and No. 2 Call Me Buster The 4 gets a close look at the fence early here and that’s critical. Makes a fast rails run up the back and his run last week was terrific. A repeat puts him right in this. The 2 is getting one more chance to show his best. Starting to plug behind the podium players lately but they are tough races and he has a great record off this draw. Last chance. The 4 is the one however. Race 5 No. 5 Moraine Suzie Outstanding up and coming stayer who will be one of Victoria’s premier half milers in a few short months. Superb effort in the National Distance final and has beaten these before. Loves it here and will be the one they all have to stop. Race 6 No. 4 Stagger Out Lee and No. 8 Trunkey Bill The 4 continues to run out of her skin against tougher dogs and can do so again here. Good effort at Wenty last start and has form here as well. Will run a good race. The 8 is a NSW dog who is highly enigmatic but very good. If he turns up, he can go with these and he runs the trip right out. Don’t dismiss him. Race 7 No. 2 Jigglypuff and No. 7 Weblec Flare The 2 went enormous last start and gets a good draw to repeat here. Continued to take ground off the leader and was unlucky not to get there. The 7 was in the same race and went just as well. He’s in great form and has early pace and sustains it. Yet to miss a place track and trip. Race 9 No. 2 Plan Ahead and No. 3 King Of Calypso The 2 has the draw and he can unleash some big sections. Been racing the better class dogs and gets in well here. Hard to beat. The 3 continues to find trouble then storm home. He only has to hold his first turn position to be the one to beat. Can unleash serious run homes. Race 12 No. 4 Xinmin Bale Gets his chance here. Only needs to offset the draw and obtain clear running to win. Can run time, he’s strong and ultra consistent around here. Shouldn’t miss the podium with even luck. WENTWORTH PARK Race 1 No. 7 Super Aussie Can track the 6 over here and has a great turn of foot. He can get this trip no problem and just needs to put himself into a striking spot here. If he does so, he will run a big race at odds. Start critical but can give a sight at a huge quote. Race 5 No. 4 Miss Expeditious Top effort last time showing dash to land handy then going right on with it for a sub 30 victory. Can come from back and while she likes to get to the middle of the track, she will be hard to stop at odds if she gets there with little fuss. EW play here. Race 9 No. 3 Tap Out Sniper When he finds form, he holds it. He goes well here and can both sprint and stay so his versatility will hold him in good stead here. Just needs to stay handy early and he can charge into this at the top. Look for him to hit top two here. Market Market
