RACE 5 No. 5 Gatlinburg

Little disappointing early on this campaign however he’s really hit his straps now winning his last couple in very impressive fashion. He went home right over the top of the leaders to score at Ipswich before charging through along the fence to race right away and win here a fortnight back. This race doesn’t appear any harder and he can bring up the hat trick.

RACE 8 No. 6 Sabkhat

Terrific effort chasing a hot speed all the way first up just missing a placing. Second up last Saturday he drifted further back than expected before running home strongly along the fence. On each of those occasions he’s been beaten by the very much in form Manias in fast time. Facing easier opposition tomorrow he draws the inside gate with a 3kg claim. Really does look his race.

RACE 9 No. 8 No Annamossity

Lightly raced galloper who looks perfectly placed tomorrow. He closed off strongly first up behind the flying Havasay (won 3 straight) before missing the start here on Ekka Day, liked the way he then knuckled down in the straight to make good ground in a fast run and since proven strong form race. The step up to 1350m tomorrow is ideal, he should be too good for his rivals.
