Chris Nelson’s Eagle Farm Tips Posted on June 10, 2016June 10, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 4 – No.17 Tsaritsa Chris Waller trained filly who is going great guns in Sydney winning both starts this time in. The impressive part about those wins was the turn of foot she displayed on each occasion when asked for an effort. She’s had the 6 starts over all for 3 wins and 3 completely unlucky efforts when unable to secure clear running. We could be looking at a filly unbeaten in 6 starts which would have her a lot shorter in the market than the current price on offer. RACE 7 – No.9 Sacred Elixir Kiwi galloper who handed in the best performance in the Sires Produce over 1350m last time out. That race wasn’t really run to suit the backmarkers yet he was able to make very good ground in the straight and finish the race of better than any other runner. He was a dominant Sunshine Coast winner prior to that proving too classy for his opposition. The 1600m tomorrow is ideal. RACE 8 – No.13 Eschiele Very nice type from the Godolphin yard who goes into the Derby tomorrow as a real live value chance. He’s been luckless both starts up here running into traffic issues in both the Rough Habit and the Grand Prix. The impressive part of those runs though is his sectionals have still been either right up with or better than the placegetters. With Damian Browne to steer from a perfect draw he’ll only need the luck to finally fall his way to give this Group 1 a real shake. Best Bet: Race 4 No17 Tsaritsa Best Value: Race 8 No.13 Eschiele Quaddie: 8, 9, 16 / 1, 3, 7, 13 / 1, 3, 5, 12 / 2, 8, 10 – 30% Bet Now!
