Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on September 23, 2021September 23, 2021 | Posted by Chris Nelson RACE 7 No.5 Fituese Nice closing second behind Entriviere second up and with that mare drawing a wide gate tomorrow this one gets her chance to turn the tables. Giving away a big start early on before hooking deepest in the straight her sectionals home were better than Entriviere’s over the final 600, 400m and equal to over the final 200m. She’s the one with the better draw this time around and although out to 1400m for the first time I’m confident with a quiet Hugh Bowman ride she’ll run it out strongly. RACE 8 No.1 Anamoe The market have this Group 1 feature pegged as race with only a few winning chances and I’m inclined to agree. For mine though it’s all about Anamoe who although not setting the world on fire winning first up at Kembla he got the job done convincingly enough and will take a ton of benefit from the outing. The other big plus is the step up to 1400m, there’s no doubt he’s going to get better with each rise in distance. Group 1 win number two coming up! RACE 9 No.3 Arnaqueur Definitely the run of the race in the Dulcify at Kembla which is the race most of the main winning chances here come out of. He was the one running home best from the back and the one who looks like being the strongest at the end of the 1800m trip. His form last prep was ok in better races behind the likes of Converge and co and although drawn out and giving away a start once again look for him to be the one motoring home best tomorrow.
