Chris Nelson’s Rosehill Best Bets Posted on June 12, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson Race 2 No. 15 Art Cadeau Lightly raced gelding who races up on the pace. Thought his effort here two weeks back behind Leg Work was a good one beating all bar that runner. Doubt the additional 100m will cause any concerns for him and being third up should be at peak fitness. A winner on soft and placegetter on heavy he’s no problem to handle the conditions. Race 4 No.1 Wu Gok Absolute mudlark who is again going to get conditions to suit tomorrow. That was certainly the case last start when ploughing through the heavy (8) surface to bring up his 7th win from 12 starts on his favoured going. Yes he’s up in weight and meets runner up last start (Yulong Prince) worse at the weights however I’m sticking with him as he’s an out and out swimmer! Race 6 No.6 Soldier Of Love Bjorn Baker trained galloper who is flying this prep having won 2 of his 3 starts. Up on the speed last time out he put his rivals away once into the straight charging clear to score on the heavy (8) surface. Up to 1800m tomorrow he has had the one attempt when beaten less than 2 lengths at the end of his last prep. He can overcome the wide gate. Quaddie 6, 13, 19 7, 10, 11 1, 3, 6, 14 3, 7 Market Market
