He has a good record in red and looks hard to beat if he doesn’t suffer any traffic issues this time. Race 10 – No. 3 Chevy’s Midnight Speed machine who has won 5 of 8 over the journey, leading all the way in each. Drawn well and will take plenty of running down if he finds his pinging best. Each Way: Race 1 – No. 2 Grumpy Lomar Will need luck but he can run time and should be right in the finish from an inside draw. Drawn one better and looks too slick once again. Race 8 – No. 2 Kat’s Hughy Fitter for the first up 3rd when not far behind CHEVY’S ENTRY (1) last week. The improved draw helps this time and he should get a soft run in behind the early leaders. Looks hard to hold out this time. Race 11 – No. 2 Fab’s Excise Returns to the 380m where she has only missed the place once from 11 tries. Forget her past two against strong line ups over 520m. Will redeem herself in this. Each Way: Race 3 – No. 1 Barr Tux Recent form has been solid and while he is winless over the trip, a return to a favourable draw should see him play a big part in the finish.
