Chris Nelson’s Randwick Best Bets Posted on January 24, 2020 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Best Bets Race 1 No.3 Rulership Two very interesting Team Snowden debutantes go around in this opening race. The first is the hugely expensive Mount Fuji (2.8 million) however the second one holds the interest for me being Rulership who won a recent trial and from past experience we know trial winners from this yard are always tuned up and ready to go! He’s an I Am Invincible who cost 900K at the sales and in that trial comfortably defeated last week’s winner Prague. Plenty to like. Race 3 No.2 Hellenism Lightly raced Coffs Harbour galloper who makes his city debut tomorrow off a very impressive first up victory on his home surface. Settling down back in the field he let rip between the 400 and 200 metre marks clocking a slick 11.10 seconds to strike the front before coming clear to the line. Should he bring that form to town lookout! Race 7 No.5 Redouble Looks very close to a win after storming his way through the field to beat all bar Vega One on Magic Millions Day. Prior to that he closed well once again into the placings here behind the in-form Passage Of Time. He rises nothing in the weights and four of his wins have come over this trip which seems to be his pet distance. Hard to beat. Quaddie 3, 4, 8, 9 4, 5, 11 4, 8, 10, 11 5, 11 Market Market
