Race 2 No.2 Stella Victoria

With no racing in Queensland on Saturday we have quite a few runners trekking south with this mare from the Rob Heathcote yard clearly going the best of them. Unbeaten this time in she’s been able to show speed early on before attacking the line strongly once the pressure goes on in the straight. In the small field tomorrow she’ll take plenty of beating.

RACE 6 No.3 Brook Magic

Consistent mare who resumes tomorrow holding a very good fresh record. She had plenty of early speed, loves the 1000m trip and comes into tomorrow’s event having scored comfortably in a recent Warwick Farm barrier trial. Any sting in the ground won’t harm her chances either. Looks all set to go first up.

RACE 7 No.3 Most Exalted

Country trained galloper who is just busting to win a race. Comes into this off two placings from as many starts this time in having hit the line well on each occasion from the back of the field after only average starts. Claim certainly helps as does the additional 50 metres and if he can get a good tempo up front is a big chance to be storming over the leaders late.
