Liked his recent trial and am confident he’s a horse we should be following. Dominant at Randwick last start he takes the step up to a mile which is his pet trip having won twice and placed once from his 3 attempts to date. Handy to the speed he’s going to prove the one to beat when the chips are down in the straight. RACE 10 No.8 Battleton Scratched from the Gold Coast meeting to stay here and focus on on this race first up. Lightly raced with a terrific record with 2 wins and a placing from 4 attempts, the only unplaced effort came behind Home Affairs and co. in the Group 1 Coolmore down the Flemington straight when beaten just over 5 lengths.
