She beat all bar the winner first up flashing to the line late in a race not really run to suit before missing the start and only warming up late same distance (1200m) second up. Drawn gate 1 up to 1400m tomorrow looks made to order.

RACE 6 No.8 American Diva

Acid test for this mare tomorrow however she’s never been in better form and will go around at likely decent odds. She put the writing on the wall at the Sunshine Coast two starts back closing late behind Personalised before backing that up with a win at the same track coming from near last in a slowly run race. 1800m will suit and she’s a definite knock out chance!

RACE 7 No.12 Divine Messenger

Very consistent mare from the Gollan stable who is just busting to win a race and this appears very suitable. She beat all bar the smart Winter Bride at Doomben two back before running on well against the tempo same track last start when dropping 90m in distance. Stepping back to the 1200m tomorrow perfectly drawn she gets her chance to break through for a well-deserved win.
