RACE 3 No.2 Irish Sequel

Chris Waller trained import who hasn’t really put in a bad run since arriving in Australia. Although out of the placings all three starts in Victoria he couldn’t get going in what were all sprint home affairs. His three starts up here have all been good with a win at the latest over 2030m at Doomben. Well placed tomorrow out to the longer 2218m trip.

RACE 7 No.8 Georgie’s Pride

The Desleigh Forster/Jim Byrne combination are unstoppable at the moment and here’s another one who looks all set to score. She loves this track having won 5 of her 8 starts here with 3 of those victories being over this 1200m trip. Fitter for the first up run with 57kg she drops nicely down to 54 kg tomorrow and will take plenty of catching.

RACE 8 No.7 Menazzi

Liked the way he found the line at Doomben a fortnight back over 1200m. The 1400m tomorrow on the bigger track looks in his favour, keep in mind he has placed here running a very unlucky third three starts back. Drawn well for Taylor Marshall expect to find him nice and handy in the run before making his bid for victory in the straight.
