Sunshine Coast trained mare who is just so consistent having either won or placed at her past 11 starts! She unfortunately settled too far back here at her latest outing before charging to the line late over the mile to beat all bar the winner. Tomorrow will be her first run beyond 1600m, she’s in the right form to make it a winning one.

RACE 7 No.2 Light Up The Room

Lightly raced galloper from the Tony Gollan stable who looked the goods winning here first up and can only strip fitter and wiser at what was only start number three. His only defeat came at Stakes level behind the smart Granny Red Shoes when clocking in 3rd at the Sunshine Coast. Another perfect draw tomorrow, another perfect trip, another win!

RACE 10 No.9 Freddie Fox Trot

Promising galloper who has won 6 of his 9 starts to date including two this preparation here at Doomben and also the Gold Coast. He drew a wide gate last start which many thought would be the problem, not the case in the end as he didn’t jump well at all ending up on the fence before hooking deep on the turn and making steady ground without threatening. Perfect alley tomorrow, down in the weights gets his chance to win again.
