Harry Buchanan’s Sunday Greyhound Best Bets Posted on June 30, 2024July 2, 2024 | Posted by TABtouch MANDURAH Race 6 No. 7 Lucky Star Fun and No. 8 Expediential The 7 isn’t hopeless here and only has to repeat his last start placing over this track and trip to be a threat EW. Could surprise. The 8 is perfectly drawn here and while he takes a few strides to get into his work, he hits the line hard with momentum. If he gets a crack he’s very hard to hold out. Race 7 No. 8 Pad Up Dipper Looks the one to beat here and placed 5 from 6 off this box. Super win last start running down a dog who normally isn’t for catching so that form is solid. Low 17s get it done with this bloke and will get it done here if he steps with them. Race 8 No. 2 Moment For Life and No. 7 Big Girl Kiki The 2 is racing out of her skin for the Mallia camp. Well boxed and coming off a strong 22.54 win last start. Can lead or come from off the arm and looks hard to stop here. There are worse $81 shots than the 7. Can run into her races when she gets the breaks and is far from hopeless. Placed here two back and a repeat of that would see her in the finish. Race 9 No. 4 Max’s Odyssey He’s one very good dog this bloke. Has been sparingly raced due to injury but has any amount of talent and can drop big sections in his races. Steps up to 488m now…..he’s the one. Should be winning if he’s remotely right. Race 10 No. 5 Whiskey On Rocks Another who is a silly quote for her and with the field down to seven starters now, she comes into it even more. Just needs to stay close to work into her run home section which is her strength and she can hit the frame here. Place heavy at least. Race 11 No. 2 Ash The Flash and No. 4 Wild Amigo The 2 is yet another who should not be the price she is. While her form is not reading well, she is going better than it looks and is boxed to take runs home along the fence here. Can hit the frame. The 4 would be harder to beat if this was 400m but he will sprint over this short trip well and is coming off a win last start which was his first here at the track. In form and hard to beat.
