Chris’ Randwick Rundown Posted on September 16, 2016September 19, 2016 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 3 No. 3 Jericho Lightly raced team Snowden trained galloper who impressed at both runs last campaign. Solid first up winner at Warwick Farm before heading north and beating all bar the Godolphin galloper Archives at Doomben in Listed company when running on well in a sprint home affair. Trialled well and can produce a big run fresh should there be market support. RACE 5 No. 2 Preferment Last start dominant winner Hartnell will be all the rage here however I’m happy to have something each-way on this Chris Waller trained galloper who was well beaten by Hartnell in that race however can improve sharply second up as his record suggests. Second up last preparation he won the Australian Cup and then went on to repeat that Group 1 success by winning the rich Queen Elizabeth here at Randwick. Don’t overlook. RACE 7 No. 4 English First up specialist from the Gai Waterhouse stable who is unbeaten at both fresh runs to date. Charged home when resuming here last campaign to mow down Kinglike in the Challenge Stakes over 100m here. Trialled twice leading into this and won both. Looks all set to keep her impressive first up record intact.
