Race 1

ATELLA MISS ran well here on debut last year and has jumped out in good stye to resume. SANTA ANA MOON looks a strong winning chance. He also ran well on debut and has been jumping out nicely. OUTVIE hit the line strongly first up and will strip fitter. BAKERSBEND will nee some luck from the draw but looks suited at 1200m.

Race 2

STAY COSMIC scored with some authority on debut and gives the impression he’ll appreciate 1300m. MEDIEVAL WARRIOR has looked good at the jumpouts and has met with early market support.  LET IT BEEL chased a smart one on debut looks suited stepping up in trip. QUEEN OF THE SURF stuck on well behind Stay Cosmic and will be better for her debut.

Race 3

ALTERMATUM has the wide draw but should be close to peak fitness and looks hard to beat with any luck. ACTUALITY comes through the same race has claims, particularly if she settles a bit better. LADY SADLER has defeated Altermatum, she’s trialled well to resume and can make her own luck. BABY HAZEL and BELCONY have claims.

Race 4

I AM VELVET has obvious talent and has jumped out well to resume. She still appears a bit wayward but has some gear changes to assist. HAPPY LINK is another with plenty of upside. She has also been jumping out well has a victory over Treasurethe Moment to her credit. CHANGING COLOURS has been trialling well and may be able to hold a spot from a a low draw. MADAM INSTRIFE will strip fitter and draws for a soft run.

Round 5

FLYING MEAN has jumped out well since his impressive maiden win and looks capable of winning again. CATAHOULA has a touch of class and has jumped out in good style. FIGLIO D’ARGENTO comes through a strong race first up and has jumped out ok with Catahoula since. PRIMAL SPIRIT is going well for the new stable and will make his own luck. ATTAIN got the right run to score last start and has claims again from the inside draw.

Suggested Bet: Flying Mean each way

Race 6

HEAVENLY SHADES has returned well and may settle a bit closer stepping up to 1600m this up. KING OF ENTERPRISE ran well after being slowly away first up and can also settle closer with a clean getaway. PULA is fit, racing well and has the tactical speed to offset the wide draw. DETROIT CITY is well graded on his early form and drops significantly in grade with a claim.

Race 7

LUNAR LOVER is showing staying promise and gives the impression he’ll be suited stepping up to 2400m. PACIFIC CROSS continues to race well and should get every chance from the inside draw. DANDRUFF was well ridden to score last start, he’s controlled races from the front previously and may employ similar tactics here. AFFLUENTIAL and FERNAO are in the game.

Race 8

SHE’S A HUSTLER has been well placed to date, she’s jumped out in good style between runs and looks capable of taking that next step. SUN GIFT chased well last start, she will strip fitter and will appreciate the rise in distance. PENNINE WAY was well backed when narrowly defeated at his first Australian start and is sure to strip fitter. SUN GOD and LEVALAIER have some claims.
