LA Clippers vs Denver Nuggets (Game 5)

The Clippers took the lead early in Game 4 and never looked back. It was a vintage playoff performance from Kawhi Leonard who was dominant with 30 points.

The Clippers looked back to their best and have clamped down on the defensive end. Paul George played terrific defense on Jamal Murray in Game 4, holding him to 6 of 15 shooting.

The defensive efforts of George, Kawhi and Patrick Beverley have been suffocating for the Nuggets. If the game is over with time to go in the fourth, we could see a blowout.

Toronto Raptors vs Boston Celtics (Game 7)

A deciding Game 7 is where you expect the stars to take over. While both teams have great role players, I think this will be decided at the pointy end of each roster.

When he’s out there, the best player on the court is Boston’s  Jayson Tatum. He can shoot over opponents from range or take it into the paint and score. He has also shown an increased ability to get to the foul line these playoffs.

If the Celtics are going to progress to the Eastern Conference Finals they need a big game from Tatum. He has scored 30 points or more three times these playoffs and looks built for an stage like this.
