Race 3 No. 6 Clifton Jasper

Well bred son of Bernado having his first start, he’s had the two qualifying trials, first up he went to Mandurah over the 400 and was very impressive clocking a quick time of 22.47, then last week in the rainy conditions he was runner up in slow time. Maidens are always tricky but I think this guy is above average.

Tips: 6-3-1-7

Race 9 No. 1 Must Be Speedy

He won this FFA race last week at nice odds, meets a very similar line up tonight, and gets the coveted red box, which is worth its weight in gold on the bend start. He’s a winner two of five from the Cherry, and can salute again at nice odds tonight.

Race 11 No. 2 Trunkey Bling

She saluted last week from the wide draw box 6, moves to the inside draw box 2 for tonight’s assignment, she generally shows good early burn so I expect her to find the front and take a power of beating, she is now back down in the grades after finding it a bit tough in the higher grades. Hopefully she can JLW (jump lead win).
