Gets his favourite draw tonight, couldn’t get off the 8 box last start, previously was just grabbed on the line in the Sprinters Plate final, just a real warrior this guy who loves to ping and roll to the front, and when he draws the cherry, he usually cashes in, will take a power of beating.

Race 9 No. 6 Connie Keeping

She’s not a winning machine, but she’s very well drawn wide and does have good early burn, and this looked a race where she could find the lead and go all the way, she did win five back in 21.87. That’s pretty good going for a race like this.

Another one who doesn’t win out of turn, but thought drawing the pole with a wide runner next door in box 2, would see him get all the room in the world to push up and put himself in a prominent position early on in the race, was very strong late when winning two starts back in sub 22.00, map looks ideal for this guy tonight.
