Race 4 No. 1 Dutch Rambo

Getting into the veteran’s category is Dutchy, but he hasn’t had much luck of late. Has also not been dealt the best box draws either, so gets in well here sitting up in box 1, and although he’s yet to win off the Cherry, he has had 5 placings from 6 starts. Generally shows good early speed, so can be prominent early doors and hold the lead. And be hard to beat.

Race 8 No. 6 Night Lighter

He’s a winning machine this fellow, he quite easily went the best first section in the heats last week, in a race of this nature you want to find the front and even though he’s drawn 6 it doesn’t look that bad on paper. Pound for pound he’s the best short courser in the state, so he deserves to win a feature race like this.

Tips: 6-8-1-7

Race 12 No. 5 Miss Money

She’s starting to put together a nice little record, won here two back in a flying 17.06, set that victory up with a dazzling first split. Not a great deal of pace in the race so he should fire straight to the front and prove almighty hard to run down.
