Race 2 No. 4 Pass Mark

Had his first look at the Cannington circuit last week, and it was a Pass Mark (no pun intended) he didn’t get the best of luck, and I think he will improve after having that look last week, he’s been around the mark in Group 1 finals over east, I think this race lacks a bit of depth and the small field will also play in his favour.

Tips: 4-2-5-8

Race 7 No. 6 Morton

Was first up for a month when he won the Prelude here last week, you would think he can only come on from that. The most impressive part of that win was the way he speared the lids and crossed the flying machine in Crumble Monelli, again he has Crumble in 4 with the vacant in 5. Strips fitter and if nails the start, good luck beating him.

Tips: 6-7-4-2

Race 12 No. 3 Deadly Avenger

He’s a flying machine this bloke, having his first start here in the west, went to Brisbane for the cup and won a heat in blistering time and then no luck in the final. Also was runner up in the Group 1 silver chief final at the Meadows, High speed dog and if he finds the arm you can shut the gate.

Tips: 3-1-2-7
