Race 4 No. 2 Pump Fake

Relished the switch up in tracks  last week to break the maiden, that was her first start here at the Burwood Pk circuit, and she was very impressive leading all the way and running good time in the process, steps up to novice company tonight but there is no stars in this race, and will be full of confidence off last weeks win. Can go back to back.

Tips: 2-8-1-7

Race 7 No. 4 Here Comes Marg

She’s racing really well of late, including a very speedy victory last start at Mandurah in 17.08 from the awkward draw in box 6. Done a lot of her early racing up at Northam so is quite fond of the circuit, has a nice turn of foot early, so can use that early on today and get the front. And get the job done.

Tips: 4-2-1-8

Race 8 No. 4 Venetian

The veteran chaser Venetian, he loves racing here at Northam with 8 of his 9 career victories having been at this circuit, was a winner four runs back in 29.66 which is hiking along, does lack genuine early speed though, so needs to navigate a safe passage early around first bend, if he’s in striking distance up the back, look out he will be flying home.
