Race 6 No. 3 Crackerjack Scud

He’s been racing well in much tougher races and from some very ordinary draws, draws underneath all of his main rivals tonight and thought he was good value to have a play on in this race. There’s a lot of speed in the middle 3,4,5,6 all have speed and it could get quite messy, happy to have a small save on 7 West On Cole here, he’s nice and fresh off a 6 week break and he loves a wide draw. Back 3 save 7 in this.

Race 7 No. 4 Stu McFly

This race has been hit hard by scratchings, and it looked a good race for Stu Mcfly to find the front, he’s coming out of a Mandurah Cup heat last week where he didn’t have the best of luck. Prior to that he’s been racing well here track and trip with a nice win three back in 27.56 when he led all the way. Hard to beat.

Tips: 4-1-8-7

Race 8 No. 2 Outside The Fire

Interesting runner, went up to Northam and went under at $1.30 after leading over the 509 and looking to have every possible hope, then had 5 weeks off and resumed with a 275 metre victory. The 400 looks an ideal distance for him, and with his good early pace, hoping he can land on the bunny and go all the way. Kanan Stark in box 4 is resuming he’s got a fair bit of class and at $7 can have a small saver on him for sure.
