Race 1 No. 7 Cracker Dust

Willing to have something on this dog, now he’s first up for 5 months but he did show a fair share of ability when last in work, including a fast win here in 22.38, got out to the longer trip and won in 27.57 also. Small field suits, being nice and fresh hopefully he can show some good early burn and find the front.

Race 2 No. 7 Lochinvar Lord

Regally bred this son of Bernado, since arriving in the west he’s finished on the podium in all three starts, with a win and two runners up cheques, doesn’t appear to be a lot of early speed and the vacant boxes around him should allow him to get the arm. And from there should be very hard to run down.

Race 7 No. 8 Sunset Mirage

He’s getting to the veteran stage of his career, but I thought this race looked a suitable assignment for him, been against much tougher company in recent times, and we know he’s just a dead set case for the fairly floss box 8 rug. Can be tough from out there in the bend start but I thought he was a real good each way chance tonight.
