Thought this looked a race in three with the inside division looking to battle it out, I’ve sided up with Rossi as he doesn’t need to lead to win over the 400 metre trip, dropping back from the 488, but looks a suitable race for him, generally a reliable beginner who will put himself up on speed. Tricky race but keen to be with him.

Race 8 No.2 Fernando Fun

Airborne of late including a smart victory last start running a quick 17.06 from this very draw, on that occasion he defeated Social Equity who franked that form with a smart victory last night. Can win again.

Race 10 No.7 Surf The Son

Another one who’s in career best form of late, a very quick PB to his name which he ran 5 back here in 22.38, will need to get the start right as 8 is very smart and will be pouring the pressure on early. It will all rely on the get away and if he can nail the jump.
