Scott Embry’s Thursday Pinjarra Preview Posted on March 24, 2020March 26, 2020 | Posted by Scott Embry RACE 1 DRAMA FREE was never in the race last week. Got back and then never really got warm at all. Draws a gate and going to forgive him and give him one last chance. FANDAZLE was good in the same race and demands respect. MR MT WALKER has always had big chatter around his level of ability. ABERDEEN QUEEN trialled well and falls into a winnable race on debut. Numbers: 1 – 6 – 4 – 9 Suggested Bet – DRAMA FREE WIN RACE 2 MIND TRICKS has been impressive at both career outings to date. On debut beaten 5L but behind Son of A God who has won again since and goes round an odds on pop on Wednesday. Last start looked the winner until Dignity Bay finally got out of a pocket. That horse does have above average ability. Drawn sticky but going well. INTERSTATE draws a perfect gate and went close first-up. RETURN A SMILE showed ability as a youngster and now finds a new home with Simon Miller. VITAL IMAGE was never far away as a 2 year old and trialled well. Numbers: 8 – 4 – 1 – 6 Suggested Bet – MIND TRICKS WIN RACE 3 HE’S ALL MIGHTY did a great job first-up chasing Son of a God in what could turn into a great form reference by the time they jump here on Thursday. Last start was set a serious task at 1000m sitting off the track throughout. Stepping to an unknown at 1400 but looks a galloper in the making. NELLY ZANE has been back to trials, she gets off them but has a turn of foot. WORTH A RISK is getting close and continues to jump hard in the market. SMUG NOXIOUS has an X-factor, keep safe. Numbers: 3 – 10 – 8 – 9 Suggested Bet – HE’S ALL MIGHTY WIN RACE 4 PASARAN has improved at each outing and as he steps up in trip. Drawn a little awkward but looks likely to roll forward. Alan Kennedy is riding well since his return from injury and last start chased hard from a fair way out. Looks the testing material. PRETTY FRIAR was the target of support last start and fought on well. That race was 5L slower than average so slight query on the form but would be great to see Shaun O’Donnell boot one home. PHANTOM’S STAR has the ability but does a lot wrong. HOT TICKETTY BOO for novelty players. Numbers: 4- 10 – 9 – 7 Suggested Bet – PASARAN WIN RACE 5 THE LAST BREEZE has always shown glimpses of ability but been a little hard to tell when he is going to put it all together. The good runs and spaced between a string of very average ones. Loved his recent trial and love the fact Lucy Warwick reunites with him. CASA ROSADA took a while to break her maiden but she has a stack of talent and will take serious beating. PORPHYRIO ran well off the back of a solid trial. BUFF MAN has been racing without any luck in the Great Southern all preparation. Numbers: 2 – 4 – 5 – 6 Suggested Bet – THE LAST BREEZE EACHWAY RACE 6 DIGNITY BAY was a galloper that we had to be patient with but last start he showed his turn of foot. Only got out very late once Pateman was able to steer around heels and he finished powerfully. Can make it two in a line. LONDON MISS is only a slightly raced filly but has shown speed and talent. The query is 1200 having done her racing exclusively at 1000m but she has gate speed and from the draw should be in a prominent position just off a relatively genuine tempo. Gets her chance. CELIATORE returns to the races and finds a nice assignment. MELROS BEACH gave some serious cheek last start when ridden for speed. Numbers: 1 – 3 – 2 – 10 Suggested Bet – DIGNITY BAY WIN RACE 7 VOLKSWAGON FRANK is just another perfect example of how good Justin Warwick is with battlers that he is able to turn into race horses who go through the grades. Winner two starts ago and last time out was brave in one of the faster run staying races of the last few months. Purple patch of form and looks hard to beat. UNENDING comes from the same race and is knocking on the door. BLACKWOOD RIVER steps up to a staying trip and the real Blackwood River finally showed up last time out. WEE RIPPER a query at the trip but always looked a middle distance type. Numbers: 2 – 5 – 3 – 4 Suggested Bet – VOLKSWAGON FRANK WIN RACE 8 THUNDER BOOM has returned to racing in great form. First-up winner over Mood Goddess who ran a placing in the Natasha Stakes and then minor placings in fast run mile races. Should be rock hard fit and ready to tackle the staying trip. WILD GALAH could well be racing off a 4 day back-up. That always catches the eye and gets punters excited. CLEO’S AFTERPARTY can show a sharp turn of foot on her day. MIDNIGHT BLACK broke through last start and no reason why he can’t be competitive here. Numbers: 3 – 7 – 6 – 2 Suggested Bet – THUNDER BOOM WIN Quaddie (Race 5 – 8) 2,4 1,2,3 2,3,4,5,9 2,3,5,6,7,10,11 Market Market
