Race 1

KISORA (5) debuts with the powerful stable and has only trialled soundly to be fair, it’s not a deep race so might see her make a strong debut but likely to be on the shorter side in the market, can win but not a betting proposition. ESSENCE OF ROYALTY (4) has shown promise and is with a strong stable with Chris Voak, has the draw advantage and must be respected but a bit of guess work involved. PAPPINBARRA LADY (3) can dash across and lead here, she’s not lightning, but neither are the ones on the inside, good place chance. MY SALINA (6) a novelty chance, has been sound since returning with CAPPY THE FIREY (9) ready to win but doesn’t look like it today. PURELY PANDEMIC (10) a novelty chance.

Suggested Bet: PAPPINBARRA LADY (3) to place.

Race 2

D MAC (3) is a seriously talented type who resumes in a winnable race and looks very hard to beat. SKINNY DIPPIN (2) has plenty of talent and has the draw advantage, good test on WA debut, respect. SHIMMERING (1) ideally drawn and will be in the first couple and is a good place chance but hard to toss the top 2. LINCOLN LOVER (6) will be running on well, yet to be driven for his speed which looks to be his main asset, he will flash. DEVIL IN DISGUISE (5) faces a stern task as he rises in grade but looks talented, respect from a novelty point of view.

Tips: 3 2 1 6

Suggested Bet: SHIMMERING (1) to place.

Race 3

Open race. ELLEOFAREACTOR (10) is knocking on the door and has a soft draw but will require on some luck and tempo which could come her way. PHILTHEJUG (7) lacks early speed but is developing a bit of depth and should be around the mark in this grade with FUEGO CRUZADO (6) who is in solid form, but the map is tricky. IN MY OWN TIME (5) has the ability but has a few tricks and early speed is there; her best would see her lead and run a race. GRACEFUL SHARK (9) suited this grade but is first up from a wide draw. SHES MY LITTLE GEM (3) is improving and CAPTURE THE MOMENT (2) won’t be too far away.

Suggested Bet: ELLEOFAREACTOR (10) each way.

Race 4

Another difficult race. TRAVELBAN (10) needs some luck but was a good effort last time out and looks to be ready to win, it’s up to the Collie King to manoeuvre into the clear in this. CONTROL THE ROOM (2) has shown promise and best is good enough, comes in fresh off the back of some okay performances since returning. TRIROYALE BRIGADE (4) has the ability but is first up and may need the run, suitable grade for him. AWAITINGINSTRUCTIONS (1) has drawn to be prominent on return. YAWOMA (9) has turned a corner and looks a chance even from the outside draw. BLUE BLAZER (8) will get back and run on, consistent performer with high speed. HAVEYOUMETTED (11) will be running on with LORD PUBLISHER (12) who is preferred in an on-speed role.

Suggested Bet: TRAVELBAN (10) each way.

Race 5

WHOS THE DAD (4) has been racing well and has drawn a decent gate as he drops back to Monday grade racing and looks one of many chances in this competitive race but expecting him to get a good run and go well. WHEN IN VEGAS (8) is versatile and racing well, looks to be too much speed underneath to lead but can still play a part. BEAT THE BANK (2) nicely drawn and is racing consistently, could try and lead this. CANDY APPLE (3) trialled well but might need the run against race fit types. BLAZE AWAY (7) is a forget with the run on Friday, prior form was solid. TWOBOB CRACKER (9) will be running on. MISTER MONTBLANC (6) is talented and fresh and has plenty of early speed, winning chance if he leads and BEYOND THE SEA (5) capable. Tough old race.

Suggested Bet: WHOS THE DAD (4) each way.

Race 6

AZIONE (6) was a good win last time out and can look to push forward hard off the gate and appears a major player again, he is really developing and learning what it is all about. MAJESTIC REALE (8) was a solid debut run for the new stable last start but will likely have to get back and run on again. MAKE IT HAPPEN (7) good staying type but comes in fresh. GET YA BETS ON (4) winner from Saturday night and is one with plenty of high speed, likely be close enough if he does it all correctly. SUNSHINE SWIFT (10) a chance and will run on well.

Tips: 6 8 4 7

Suggested Bet: AZIONE (6) to win.

Race 7

HOTFOOT IT (6) is a metro winner on Friday when leading and looks hard to beat here, likely heads forward and tries to get on speed, will be hard to hold out. TOMMY PRICE (10) has drawn to get a soft run as he moves back to the mobile and looks a solid chance as he can pick and choose his run, will be getting home well. STRIKE MASTER (1) nicely drawn and has been plagued with bad maps and will settle close enough. MACHANE SAID (2) looks a chance, drawn close and tempo could suit with GALVINSTON JOHN (4) and FIREPLAY (7) likely to head forward. CHIEF COPY (9) racing well and is a chance but draw hurts him.

Tips: 6 10 1 2

Suggested Bet: TOMMY PRICE (10) each way.

Race 8

Wide open races have been the tale of the day and this is no different, IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (6) racing well in the lightning laps events and steps up 1000m but looks a chance with ASHBY (5) a chance to find the lead, was beaten when leading at the mile on Friday which doesn’t enthuse confidence but this is no harder. BEALAWYER (8) is consistent and should be around the mark with MONTERIO (7) who can mix his form, seems better on speed. TEMPT THE STARS (10) lacks early speed with ZUEDE (2) but both should get home well. THREE FLAMES (3) looks ready to run a good race but tricky draw.

Tips: 6 5 8 10

Suggested Bet: IDONTWANABEAPIRATE (6) to win.
