Chris’ Rosehill Best Bets Posted on November 10, 2017 | Posted by Chris Nelson Chris Nelson’s Preview RACE 3 No. 5 Great Glen Going a little rough here however I just have a hunch this ex UK galloper might be about to hit his straps. Unplaced all 3 starts to date this time in he strikes a couple of positives tomorrow being a dry track and step up to 2400m which he will relish as his only two wins to date have been over 2100 and 2309m. His closing sectional last start at Randwick was the quickest in the race, very likely improver. RACE 5 No. 4 I Am Serious Chris Waller trained mare who has really hit her straps now winning her past couple on the trot and I really can’t see this being any harder with the scratching of her main rival Stonebrook. The way she hits the line suggests the rise from 1500m to 1800m tomorrow isn’t likely to cause any concerns. Can bring up the hat trick. SuperPick - Race 5 No. 4 I Am Serious - Win Boost RACE 8 No. 5 Vigilance Missed the start first up when a big market drifter (6.50 – 16.00). Awkwardly placed into the straight he did get to the outside and clearly his best work was over the concluding stages of the race. That was his first defeat at 5 starts having won all 4 outings at his initial campaign. With a cleaner getaway tomorrow he’ll take a lot more beating at a value price.
