Race 6 – No. 1  Einsteinium

The class runner who has just his second red rug since leading all the way in his race debut, well back in March last year. Surely won’t let a rare opportunity go to waste.

Race 7 – No. 1  Shantaram

Never out of trouble when in search of back to back 520m wins on Monday, finishing rearwards. Unbeaten in red and will appreciate the return to Mandurah. Can make amends.

Race 9 – No. 1  Lily Monelli

Jumping with gusto since returning to the 405m, leading from go to whoa for back to back wins in slick times. Won’t find this much tougher and she can make it a hat trick.

Each Way:

Race 4 – No. 2  Lou Lee

Resumes from a break back has saluted when first up in the past when leading from this very draw, albeit in a much easier line up than this. Rarely strays too far from the action though and should give a bold sight in her return.

Race 1 – No. 1  Pixie Monelli

Led everywhere bout the post last week when nabbed late in a new PB of 29.70. The improved draw can see her go one better.

Race 4 – No. 5  Sunset Toxic

returned to racing in fine style last week when leading throughout in a BON 29.63. Tougher from this draw but he’ll be fitter for that outing and should take plenty of running down again.

Race 5 – No. 3  Withers Monelli

Well held on this night last year when finishing down the track in a WA Derby heat. Has gone on to salute eight times since, including heats of a Birthday Cup and Perth Cup and has also produced a 3rd in the Lew Dorsa Final. Drawn well and should make his presence felt again.

Race 12 – No. 6  Owl Jai

Slick beginner who can handle a wide draw. Back to back seconds in slightly tougher company suggest that he very close to tasting success for just the second time this year.

Race 7 – No. 5  Prancer Lomar

Former Victorian who has been placed in both local runs so far. Can figure prominently if he handles the yellow rug again.

Race 11 – No. 2  Spolly Mook

Better suited out wider but has been placed in 3 of 4 from this draw and will appreciate the half drop in grade. Can atone for recent rearward finishes.

Race 12 – No. 4  Just Send It

In and around the placings in all of his past eight starts with the majority in stronger line ups than this. Draw is a concern but if he pings the lids, he can go all the way.

Each Way:

Race 6 – No. 3  Blue Girl

Out of form but down in grade. With a swift exit she is capable of recapturing her bet 490m form. Each Way appeal.
